How’s it going out there? A lot of our IG posts feature hygge-inspired homes that are meant to soothe and inspire your inner designer, so we thought it would be cool to give you some ideas on how to “hygge” your home in any season. Step 1: Bring in the outdoors
Part of Hyggelight’s mission is to get the outdoors into your home space. The plants and candle scents of each Growing Candle are designed to evoke a sense of calm and contentment like the feeling you get after a refreshing hike, or relaxing walk through a garden. The more you can incorporate the smells, tones, and spacious feel into the places you are, the more hygge you will bring into your world. Step 2: Make it your happy place
You may have noticed unique keepsakes, framed photos and special decor in the design photographs we love. We make it a point to frame family photos, have pieces new and old, and mostly to place things where we can see them and talk about them! Part of creating hygge in your home is to live the authentic you. Make the rooms you have reflect your hopes and dreams and “Cele-brate good times.. Come on!” We hope you sang that part. Step 3: Incorporate all the elements**
